On February 1, 2020, Paperdolls will implement our brand new loyalty program, Paperdolls Perks. Paperdolls Perks tracks points customers earn and allows customers to redeem them at checkout.

Customers can enroll in the Program at any of our boutique locations. Enrolling in the Program is completely optional and serves as a reward for loyal customers.

Membership in the Program is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. You must be 13 years or older and a legal resident of the United States to be eligible for membership. Eligible minors between 13 and 18 years old must obtain their parent's or legal guardian's consent prior to participation. 

By enrolling in the Program, you agree (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these terms and conditions.

For every $1 spent at a Paperdolls Boutique, Paperdolls Perks members will earn 1 point. Earned points may be redeemed to receive the following rewards:

The Total Purchase Amount is defined to mean the amount due at checkout, before taxes and after any discounts and store credits are applied. For example, in order to redeem 500 points and apply your $10 reward to your purchase, the total cost of the purchase must be at least $10 before taxes are applied and after any discounts or store credit are applied to the amount.

If a customer chooses to redeem points during a transaction they will only receive points for the amount of dollars they spend. For example, if the customer has a Total Purchase Amount of $50 and redeems 500 points for a $10 off reward, they will earn 40 points in that transaction.

Paperdolls Perks points may not be combined with any other offer or promotion. Paperdolls Perks points are not valid on previously purchased merchandise, special orders, or on the purchase of gift cards. 

Upon redemption of points, the points will be deducted from the Program member's account. Once points are redeemed, points cannot be credited back to a Program member's account. When returning items paid with redeemed points, the redeemed points will be refunded to the Program member in the form of store credit. 

In order to become a Program member, customers should provide the register attendant at any boutique location with their name, phone number, and email-address. 

By enrolling in the Program, you agree (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by our Privacy Policy. 

Customers that are members of our current loyalty program "Perkville" will not lose any accumulated Perkville points after the transition to Paperdolls Perks takes place on January 26, 2020. Accumulated Perkville points will be transferred to the member's Paperdolls Perks account. However, the rewards available upon redemption of points will change and Perkville rewards will not be available to members after January 26, 2020. Members are encouraged to utilize their Perkville points toward current Perkville rewards by January 26, 2020, if they would like to use their Perkville points on Perkville rewards. 

Perkville members can enroll in the Program and transfer any accumulated Perkville points by providing the register attendant at any boutique location with their phone number.

Eco Tote point bonuses will not be continued in the Program. Eco Tote owners have until January 1, 2020 to utilize their Eco Tote to earn bonus points. If you have any questions regarding the Eco Tote, please contact us by email: shop@paperdollsboutiquestl.com.

Paperdolls may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the terms and conditions for membership, rewards, or any other features of the Program (including assigning any of its obligations to customers under the Program at any time to another person or entity, without recourse) or may terminate the Program at any time in its sole discretion, by posting any such changes on the Paperdolls website.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAPERDOLLS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION OR MEMBERSHIP IN THE PAPERDOLLS PERKS PROGRAM, INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF CHANGES TO OR TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAM. THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, INCOME OR PROFIT, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LIMITATIONS ON PAPERDOLLS' LIABILITY SET FORTH HEREIN SHALL APPLY WHETHER FOR BREACH OR REPUDIATION OF CONTRACT, OR WHETHER IN TORT, CIVIL LIABILITY BY WAY OF NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU WILLINGLY AGREE (OR, IF YOU ARE A MINOR, YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN WILLINGLY AGREES) THAT YOU HAVE RELINQUISHED YOUR RIGHT TO SEEK THESE DAMAGES FROM PAPERDOLLS AND THAT THIS IS A REASONABLE ALLOCATION OF RISK. THIS PROVISION DOES NOT APPLY TO NEW JERSEY RESIDENTS.

The provisions of the Program are intended to be interpreted in a manner which makes them valid, legal and enforceable. In the event any provision is found to be partially or wholly invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified or restricted to the extent and in the manner necessary to render it valid, legal and enforceable. It is expressly understood and agreed between the parties that such modification or restriction may be accomplished unilaterally by Paperdolls, or alternatively, by disposition of an arbitrator or a court of law. If such provisions cannot under any circumstances be so modified or restricted, they shall be excised from the Program terms and conditions without affecting the validity, legality or enforceability of any of the remaining provisions.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
